Being a long time resident of Hampton Roads, Scott knows the historic areas of our locality, the pride that Virginians have in their older homes and how to bring all his knowledge to the “table”! IPC has a strong background in repair/remodel of older homes. Scott and his company have earned the respect of many local homeowners with their experience of antiquated wiring technology and building practices from the many years spent remodeling Fort Monroe (EST 1819).
